To utilize our card scanning service, an employer or licensing agent needs to obtain the applicant’s fingerprints on a paper fingerprint card (usually done at a local law enforcement agency). The fingerprint card should then be mailed to us, where it is converted to a digital format and electronically transmitted to the appropriate channeling agency. Background check results will be sent directly to the employer or licensing agency.
