Denis K. Berube
Mr. Berube is a current member of the Board of Directors of L-1 Identity Solutions. He served on the Board of Directors of Viisage since the company’s incorporation in May 1996. During this time, he also served as Chairman of the Board from May 1996 to December 2005.
He also is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lau Technologies (referred to as Lau). Lau was one of the largest holders of Viisage Common Stock, directly owning approximately 7.5% of its issued and outstanding Common Stock. Mr. Berube has been employed at Lau since 1990.
