Position Purpose

Responsible for administration and retention of contracts for Secure Credentialing Division. Support the Legal function respecting contract drafting, negotiation and administration.

Essential Functions

• Support contract drafting, negotiation and administration of all contracts; support review of terms and condition portions of RFP and assist in preparing proposals and certifications
• Negotiate NDA’s, confidentiality agreements and other standard form, ordinary course agreements
• Create and operate efficient and effective contract database and retention program.
• Assist in managing contract change control process
• Assist in managing partner vetting process
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• BA/BS required; JD preferred.
• Minimum of five to eight years of experience negotiating and managing contracts and subcontracts with Federal, State and Local governments. Experience with international contracts helpful.
• Proactive and diligent work manner. Detail oriented and highly organized. Capable of preparing clear and concise written documents. Extremely resourceful and capable of successfully handling sizeable workload in an exciting and fast moving environment.
• Experience dealing with a wide range of contractual vehicles, including traditional government contracts, commercial items contracts
• Participate as member of a cross-functional team in execution of complex projects. Interface with international agencies, sales and marketing partners, U.S. Law Enforcement, and other domestic agencies regarding contract performance.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with individuals in a variety of internal business units, and to work with and ensure compliance from all individuals within the organization, including executive management.

• Considerable contact with customers and various levels of management to obtain or present data.
• Lead and motivate people of various disciplines and experience to accomplish objectives.
• Represent Secure Credentialing Division in a responsible and positive manner, ensuring customer expectations are managed appropriately.
• Responsible for upholding the principles of integrity and confidentiality as they relate to this position.
