To utilize our card scanning service, an employer or licensing agent needs to obtain the applicant’s fingerprints on a paper fingerprint card. This service can usually be obtained at a local law enforcement agency. The paper fingerprint card should then be mailed to us, where it is converted to a digital format and electronically transmitted to the appropriate channeling agent. Criminal history results will be sent directly from the channeling agent to the employer or licensing agent.
