- Automated Appointment Scheduling – Allows applicants to schedule appointments from home or via phone call to motor vehicle office locations.
- DMV Self Service Kiosk – Self-service platforms installed in public areas empower applicants to complete routine, labor-intensive transactions.
- EZ-Visit – Allows applicants to begin the front office workflow from their homes. Can include such things as demographic data entry, selection of proof-of-identity documents to be provided prior to enrollment, practice knowledge tests, and scheduling of their office visits.
