Job Summary:
Position is responsible for all aspects of the development, procurement, implementation, operation and maintenance of the systems within L-1 Enrollment Services Division. This position owns responsibility for the oversight of multiple systems, data centers, and field operations. They will direct the work of personnel, both in-sourced and out-sourced, and ensure the operation of critical systems within contract SLAs.
Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
• Serve as Contingency Plan Coordinator responsible for administration and management of organization continuity of operations activities.
• Excellent manager with hands-on experience in critical areas of infrastructure and operations and support.
• Budget Management
• Infrastructure architecture and design
• Infrastructure administration and management
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required:
▫ 5+ years of experience leading an infrastructure support or IT management team
▫ 7+ year of experience with Microsoft Windows Architecture, design, administration, and management.
▫ 4+ years of direct experience with advanced network design, administration, and operation.
▫ 2+ years of experience with Linux and VMware architecture, design, administration, and management.
▫ Experience with federal information security regulations preferred
▫ Experience in operating distributed systems preferred
▫ Data center management experience preferred.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience.
