Job Summary:
Program Manager is to provide support to the Hazmat Federal Contracts Group (FCG). In this highly visible role, our leading candidate can expect to be responsible for organizing, directing, coordinating and planning, as well as performing work activities to support the FCG mission while supervising and reviewing the work of subordinates to ensure staff is utilizing the best methods for Data Entry, and fingerprinting Examination.

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
• Serve as the primary interface with the Government Program Manager.
• Ensure that all personnel adhere to industry standards and best practices while conducting services.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all verifications and reporting.
• Coordinate, compile, and present for review various performance and quality control reports in accordance with guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate and anticipate workload with Deputy Program Manager and Regional Managers and HazPrint support staff to best meet mission pace and quality control requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage 20 million dollar budget to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Ensure contract and subcontractor compliance.
• Oversight of Government requirements to ensure compliance with Government contracts.
• Submit monthly reports to the Government as per contract requirements.
• Submit weekly reports and budget recap to EVP.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have PMP certification.
• Must have relevant biometrics experience with the U. S. Government programs, FAR understanding, experience with the TSA.
• Experience working with System Integrators.
• Proven experience with using automated tools for fingerprint comparisons.
• Leadership to a 24/7 watch operation in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Intermediate level competency in and Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Project, Visio).
• Meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to a government security investigation; US Secret clearance preferred.
• Customer- and detail-oriented in addition to possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good decision-making abilities.
• Available to lead a 24×7 operation in a dynamic environment that requires a flexible schedule which may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
• U.S. Citizenship is necessary with the eligibility to have and be able to hold an active government security clearance.
